We provide wellness check-ups, safety training, and help prevent work-related injuries.
Preventative Care
Occupational health is a specific type of care focused on preventing work-related health issues. At Gateway, we help organizations by coordinating employee vaccination programs, conducting health screenings, helping employees manage stress, and providing education on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Pre-Employment Health Screenings
Sometimes, job applicants undergo health assessments to ensure they meet the physical requirements of the job, identify potential risks, and promote a safe and healthy working environment.
Ergonomic Assessments and Injury Prevention
Workers with discomfort or muscle issues from their job can get ergonomic assessments. These help avoid injuries and make the workplace more comfortable.
