When you walk into our bright and clean health center, we hope you’ll feel immediately welcomed. Our warm and friendly associates are here to situate you. Prefer not to ‘people’ today? No problem, you can check yourself in at one of our kiosks. Feel free to grab some tea or coffee while you wait for your appointment.

Speaking of waiting, our goal is that you won’t do too much of that! You can schedule your appointment for labs or scans before you come. If you’re coming for Gateway Immediate Care you can call ahead to check wait times. We want to make your visit as quick as possible – we know that you have things to do and places to be.

We also know that healthcare costs can be overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure of the eventual total bill. That’s why you can check our average prices online and ask for a cost estimate before committing to any tests or scans. To ensure there are no surprises down the line, we provide all our patients  with a global bill – all your costs are in one place and no surprise bills from different providers will show up in your mailbox later. Did we mention that our costs are cheaper than 95% of services at other facilities in the area, and that you will save an average of 70% on your scans and labs? Yup, it’s true. We believe that high quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone – and that means you!

You might be wondering how we manage to keep healthcare costs down when our care standards remain so high. While many factors can determine healthcare costs, we reduce ours by operating out of a facility that is not a hospital and passing on those savings directly to you. Direct-to-consumer pricing means less money out of your pocket. If you are using insurance, we accept most major insurance carriers and will gladly bill through the companies we work with. If you are not using insurance for your visit, you’ll see that your out-of-pocket costs are far more manageable than you’ll find almost anywhere else.  

Gateway Hancock Heath is located at I-70 and Mount Comfort Road. (You may know it as 600W or Olio Road.) We are easily accessible from Greenfield, New Palestine, McCordsville, Fishers, and east Indianapolis. Easy access means less stress as you navigate your healthcare needs.
